The Legacy of Swastik Foundation

In the heartlands of rural India, where tradition meets hardship and celebration often turns into burden, Swastik Foundation emerged as a beacon of hope. Founded with a singular vision—to uplift lives through purposeful giving—this Gurgaon-based NGO has transformed over 117 villages through its deeply rooted commitment to environmental and social welfare. What began as a humble effort is now a powerful movement that brings dignity, relief, and renewal to thousands.

Swastik Foundation’s mass Hindu wedding initiative has empowered over 2,300 brides from families living below the poverty line, sparing them and their parents the emotional and financial distress of high wedding expenses. By providing complete arrangements—from rituals to meals—with community support and zero cost to families, the foundation has saved an estimated ₹47+ crores for the underprivileged. For parents who live hand to mouth, this is more than support—it is a lifeline.

Equally impactful is the foundation’s environmental arm, with regular weekend plantation drives that have re-greened neglected spaces and brought together volunteers across cities and villages. In over 11 years of grassroots work, Swastik Foundation has become a trusted name in both ecological restoration and social upliftment. Driven by donations from urban CSR partners, contributions from rural families, and consistent support from dedicated patrons, the foundation continues to bridge privilege with purpose.
